The challenges in developing a new master plan for Paine College were the established campus footprint and the need to preserve and protect the historic integrity of the both the school and its buildings. The result is a plan that incorporates new buildings that do not overshadow the old, but rather accentuate them while still addressing the needs of a growing student body.
