The Augusta Neighborhood Improvement Corporation Office Building is a three story, multi-tenant building in the heart of Augusta's Laney-Walker business district. This building was designed as a showpiece for the ANIC mission – revitalizing downtown Augusta through residential and commercial improvements. Each floor has a combination of open office space, private office space, common meeting areas, and storage. Augusta Neighborhood Improvement Corporation's new office is on the third floor and features a large conference room, private offices, and a break room.
