This 152,931 square foot light-sewing manufacturing facility was designed in six phases to accommodate the future growth of the company. Originally the facility accommodated a production area, warehouse, kitchen, lunchroom, administration, and mechanical support areas within 105,000 square feet. The structure was designed using insulated double tee pre-cast panels with end walls that could be removed in anticipation of further plant expansions. With the following additions of 47,931 square feet, the building has expanded to its site’s limits. The most current renovation consists of raising the roof 18 feet over 56,300 square feet of the building. The original design allowed this manufacturing facility to easily grow into a larger operation maintaining production while expansions occurred.
